Innovapor LLC Warranty Policy:
Innovapor LLC brings you the best in personal vaporizer products on the market. We believe with proper care and maintenance the products received will last months before needing replacement. Our atomizers function at their prime with the ULTRAPure liquids. Our batteries have a cut-off on them, which is designed to enhance battery life and act as a safe guard against over heating as a fire hazard.
Products that carry the 40 day warranty include all products with three EXCEPTIONS:
Atomizers carry a 7-day warranty.
No warranty or returns on the ULTRAPure Liquid.
Pelican Cases have an unconditional lifetime warranty on them.
Warranty begins when we receive confirmation of delivery, given to us by the USPS delivery confirmation system.
Instructions On Warranty Replacement:

STEP 1: Package defective part in correct packaging.
STEP 2: Include original packing slip
STEP 3: Please include the following description:
- What is wrong
- Your full name
- Your Order number for the return product.
STEP 4: Prepare the package for safe delivery.
STEP 5: Address package to:

STEP 7: Contact Innovapor LLC about the defective part being returned for replacement.

Once Innovapor LLC receives information that you have sent the package back to us we will then send out the replacements for the defective parts.
