InnoVapor, LLC will replace a lost or damaged package with insurance. If you have any concerns regarding the safe delivery of your package please choose to have your package insured and/or a signature required.
Return Policy:
Innovapor LLC will gladly accept returns from you for any reason you feel the product needs returned. Returns must be sent to us WITHIN 30 days of receiving the product. A few exceptions do apply:
InnoVapor does NOT accept returns on the ULTRApure Liquid.
If the item has been damaged by use of the customer.
Product Return Instructions: PLEASE NOTE! For a refund on your product, each of these steps must be followed! Thank you. STEP 1: Place device and parts in correct packaging.
STEP 2: Include original packing slip
STEP 3: Please include the following description:
What is wrong the the product or part
Your full name
Your Order number for the product being returned.
STEP 4: Prepare the package for safe delivery.
STEP 5: Address package to:

STEP 6: Send package with proper postage.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to you. If we find that the product does not meet the return requirements, you will be contacted about the issue to ensure that we can correct the issue for you.
Innovapor LLC will return the amount purchased for the product only. All postage charges, original and return will not be returned to the customer.
If improper postage is placed on the return package, Innovapor LLC is not responsible for covering the excess charges. PLEASE USE CORRECT POSTAGE. We recommend delivery confirmation to us for all return packages to ensure safe delivery. Innovapor LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or mislabeled return packages.
