What are the ingredients of eLiquid?
InnoVapor cartridges contain nicotine (in levels ranging from 36mg to 0mg), vegetable glycerol (glycerin), ethyl maltol (a non-toxic flavoring), deionized (purified) water, menthol, and flavoring. UltraPure contains no propylene glycol which has been found to sometimes cause allergic reactions in people who smoke e-cigs. UltraPure also does not contain any known carcinogens.

What is "vaping"?
This is the term used to describe using an e-cigarette. Since the "smoke" you see is vaporized water it is called "vaping".

What about the FDA warnings? (link to in-depth article)
You may have heard some dubious statements from the FDA regarding the safety of electronic cigarettes and e-liquid. Understand that the FDA rather than recognize the efficacy and benefits provided by e-cigs they are instead trying to prevent adult smokers from seeking out smarter alternatives while also trying to foolishly make traditional tobacco cigarettes somehow "safer". Is it smoke that you exhale?
No. It is simply water vapor. No chemicals are actually being burned while using this device which makes InnoVapor e-cigs a better alternative to adult smokers.

Is there nicotine in the fluid?
Yes. UltraPure e-liquid contain a range of nicotine levels from 0 mg/mL to 36mg/mL. When first using the InnoVapor e-cig you may want to start out at a low or medium level of nicotine as vaping hits your lungs a little faster than by smoking.

What do they smell/taste like?
The vapor produced from UltraPure e-liquid tastes sweet and has a hint of tobacco flavoring. The vapor smells like cotton candy and is far less unpleasant that tobacco cigarettes for nonsmokers who are in the same area.

What is the difference between a 510 and an M4 PV?
The M4 is slightly smaller in diameter and length then the 510 (JOYE510 brand e-cig). Both are made in from China. The 510 vaporizes at a slightly higher temperature than the M4.

Is there a price difference between the M4 and the JOYE510 e-cig models?
There is no price difference between the 510 and the M4. The automatic models are slightly more expensive due to the increased manufacturing costs.

How do E cigarettes work?
The Atomizer vaporizes the UltraPure e-liquid that is in the cartridge and this vapor is then inhaled. You no longer need matches or a lighter to use nor do you need to bum another "smoke" from a friend or stranger. You have all you need in this one device.

Where can I smoke an e-cig?
You can smoke InnoVapor e-cigs anywhere smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes is prohibited. This includes all of the following: airports, restaurants, nightclubs, universities, malls, etc. etc.

Will this help me quit smoking?
This device is not a "quit smoking" device and isn't sold or marketed as such by InnoVapor or its affiliates.

Is it safe?
Yes, however it is an electronic device so must be handled properly to insure proper function and performance. Keep the device out of the reach of children and only use as directed. Please refer to the manual for more detailed safety information.

Can they be used indoors?
Yes. There is no actual smoke and the vaporized fluid contains no known carcinogens. This means you can use the InnoVapor e-cig safely indoors without the risk of fire polluting the space with smoke or an unpleasant smell. By smoking the InnoVapor e-cig you also won't irritate non-smokers with any foul or harmful second-hand smoke.

What fluids can be vaporized?
Many oils can be vaporized in the atomizer yet vegetable glycerol based fluids work the best. UltraPure e-liquid is the best and most convenient formulation for all your "vaping" needs.

What if I get e liquid in my mouth?
No need to panic, just rinse out your mouth with water. UltraPure e-liquid contains food-grade ingredients that are labeled as safe and are not known to cause adverse reactions if swallowed by accident.

I get too much of a throat hit.
You may be getting a little too much nicotine. We recommend just lowering your e-liquid or "fluid's" nicotine strength.

How do you clean an M4?
Isopropyl alcohol is the recommended cleaning agent for both e-cigarette models. Place the atomizer standing on a napkin and drip the alcohol onto it (10 drops should suffice). Replace the mouth piece and blow through it, this will remove most of the alcohol from the atomizer. Wipe off any remaining alcohol and let dry for 1-3 minutes. Put 2 drops of UltraPure onto the atomizer and take several quick drags (this will remove any remaining alcohol).

Mid drag my e-cig cut off and would not turn on again for a couple minutes, is this normal?
After the e-cig is used for approximately 10 seconds it has a shut off that makes it inoperable for 15 seconds. Just wait a moment and then continue using the device.

Why is the light on the end blue?
This is the color of the led light and is to eliminate the concern any onlookers and venue owners might have that you are smoking a real cigarette in an area that prohibits smoking tobacco.

What does it mean when my battery blinks?
The blinking light indicates the battery is losing power and you need to recharge it.

How long does an electronic cigarette last?
A charge on a battery will last for 4 hours of casual use. 1 ml of e-liquid or fluid is roughly equivalent of 1 pack of cigarettes. And the whole e-cig unit (battery, atomizer, and cartridge altogether) can last for months before replacement parts are needed.

How long does a cartridge last?
There are 2 types of cartridges: the 510 (JOYE510 brand e-cig) cartridge and the M4 cartridge. The 510 cartridges will allow you to vape without a refill for approximately 10-14 cigarettes worth of vaping. The M4 cartridges being smaller in size, last for approximately 6-8 cigarettes.

How long does a battery last?
A charge on a battery will last for 4 hours of casual use.

How often would I need to refill the cartridge?
A pack a day smoker will refill his/her cartridge 2-3 times every day. As soon as your “vapor production” goes down add a few drops of e-liquid or fluid to the cartridge and you are good to go again!

Where is this device made?
The entire Joye510 and M4 are made in China.

What is the difference between PG fluids and VG fluids?
Propylene Glycol (PG) fluids generate at least one carcinogen at high temperatures, while Vegetable Glycerol (VG) based fluids create no known carcinogens. Our brand of e-liquid UltraPure contains vegetable glycerol and not propylene glycol.

My automatic batteries run out of life very fast
The automatic (510 and M4 brand e-cigs) batteries will activate from loud noises or wind blowing across them. Make sure you keep it stored in an insulated container.

How do I get started?
The best way to get started is with any of our “starter kits”. Each starter kit includes enough hardware to last up to 3 months and e-liquid or fluid equivalent to 3 packs of cigarettes in a variety of strengths and flavors.

How do choose a flavor/strength that is right for me?
People just getting into vaping generally choose an e-liquid or fluid that is too strong for them. 36mg/ml of nicotine packs quite a punch! Lite cigs are roughly the same as our medium strength UltraPure and most high nicotine cigarettes are between very high or max nicotine level. Because vaping produces a totally different flavor then the ashy taste of traditional cigarettes it is difficult to say which is right for you. The best bet is to get a 3mL bulk order (5 3mL bottles for only $13!) and try several flavors.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders out within 3 business days of the purchase date. If there is a back order for an item we ship it as soon as our inventory is replenished.

What is your return policy?
All of our products have a 40-day guarantee with 2 exceptions. The pelican case has an unconditional lifetime warranty and our atomizers have a 7-day warranty. If any of our products break or does not perform properly ship it back to us and we will inspect it and ship out a replacement with in 2 business days of arrival (depending on inventory).

I'm new, what should I purchase first?
The most solid, go anywhere easy to use vaporizer we offer is the Joye510. Buying one starter kit is enough to get you stocked with hardware for at least a month and as long as 3 months. The only thing you will need to buy after the starter kit is e-liquid.

Since the e-cig produces water vapor and not actual smoke or flame there is no risk of fire as well. Are there different strengths?
All Flavors are available in 7 different strengths of nicotine: ultra max (36mg/ml), very high (25mg/ml), high (20mg/ml), medium (15mg/ml), low (10mg/ml), very low (5mg/ml), and zero-nicotine free (0mg/ml).

How is an e-cig different from a tobacco cigarette?
When you smoke an InnoVapor e-cig you won't be inhaling any of the thousands of harmful chemicals that are contained in a tobacco cigarette. There is also no risk of fire since there is no actual burning.
