I have been a smoker since I was a teenager and have tried quiting many times. Sometimes we have to sit back and think about why we smoke in the first place. For the tobacco? For the smell? To look cool..... NO. We become addicted to the nicotine physically and to the feel mentally. I had no problem stopping the nicotine but the "feel" of smoking I found out is the hard part.
